I so love my crock pot! Some days, it is a life saver. I love being able to throw everything in it in the mornings and having a great meal at dinner time. I don't even know how many times I used it this past week, but it was at least 3 times. I have one of those great big ones with a lid that clamps down on it for transportation and that is a great thing too. I made beef stew today for my family. They said it was yummy. I don't know because I had a YW meeting and we had dinner there. We had two kinds of yummy soup, homemade rolls and I made a chocolate trifle for dessert that was divine.
